Zamtel launches new super app and digital tools for Zambian users

Zamtel recently launched the MyZamtel Super App, introducing several new digital tools to the Zambian market. This rollout includes two unique features titled Create Your Own Bundle and Kongola Malaiti. While the mobile application enables users to build customized data packages, the Kongola Malaiti service utilizes the *115# USSD code to provide accessible digital financial tools to a broader audience.

These advancements aim to increase consumer autonomy regarding connectivity and financial management. By developing these domestic digital products through Zamtel and Zamtel Money, the company intends to improve service accessibility throughout the country.
