FAQs
Everything we are asked most often, in one place. If your question is not here, ask us directly.
GOMUTECH LIMITED is a Nigerian ICT company. We build software and web platforms, integrate e-invoicing and ERP systems, deliver data analytics and business intelligence, handle cloud and cybersecurity work, and run training. The common thread is connecting technology to how a business actually operates.
With a conversation about the problem rather than the technology. We look at the workflow, the people using it, the data you already hold and the controls you need, then propose a scope with clear deliverables. You get a written proposal before any work begins.
Yes. Most delivery is remote, with on-site sessions where the work genuinely needs them, such as a facility assessment or in-person training. We work with organisations across Nigeria and with clients abroad who need Nigerian compliance expertise.
It depends on scope, and we would rather quote accurately than advertise a number that changes. Service pages carry indicative ranges where they are meaningful, and a firm figure follows discovery. Contact us with what you are trying to achieve and we will come back with a scoped proposal.
You do. Work produced for you belongs to you, and your data remains yours throughout. Ownership and handover are written into the engagement rather than left to assumption.
Support is agreed up front. That can be a defined warranty period, a managed support arrangement, or a handover to your own team with documentation and training. Nothing is delivered and abandoned.
Questions about our E-Invoicing System Integration work.
It is connecting your ERP, accounting, POS, or billing software to NRS e-invoicing workflows so invoices can be validated, transmitted, monitored, and reconciled with less manual effort.
Yes. The solution is designed to connect ERP, accounting, POS, billing, and custom internal systems as long as the required invoice data can be extracted and mapped correctly.
Yes. Validation is part of the service. We help check required fields, tax mapping, totals, and structured payload rules before invoices move into submission workflows.
Yes. We recommend dashboards for invoice status, exceptions, reconciliation, and compliance artifacts so finance and support teams can monitor the process clearly.
Yes. A proper e-invoicing integration should support correction flows such as credit notes, cancellation handling, and audit-friendly reissue processes.

Kids, teens and adults, in separate programs. Children start with computer fundamentals and creative coding. Teens go further into digital skills and web programming. Adults can take anything from an introduction to computers through to Power BI, web programming, business automation and cybersecurity awareness.
Not for the introductory programs, which assume no prior experience. The more advanced courses state what they expect, and if you are unsure we will tell you honestly which one fits rather than sell you the longer course.
Yes. Team training is run around your own systems and data so the examples are real, and it can be delivered on site or remotely. Cybersecurity awareness and spreadsheet skills are the most commonly requested.
Learners complete a project rather than only sit an assessment, and finish with something they built. Contact us about certification for a specific program or for a corporate cohort.
No. They explain how processes work and what decisions matter, so you arrive at a professional better prepared. Rates, thresholds, deadlines and penalties change, so each guide points you at the relevant authority for the current position, and you should take professional advice for your own circumstances.
The 2025 tax reform legislation took effect in 2026 and changed both the rules and the names, including the move to Tax ID and the Nigeria Revenue Service. Our guides deliberately avoid quoting figures we cannot verify against a current source, and link to the NRS pages that publish them.
Yes, and the work usually starts with your data rather than your software. Customer tax records, legal names, tax categories per line and units of measure are where most projects stall. We assess readiness, clean the data, and connect your systems by the route that suits your volume.
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act, with a written basis for processing, access limited to those who need it, and a defined retention period. Where we process data on your behalf we do it under a written agreement covering security, sub-processing, breach notification and deletion.
Tell us what you are trying to achieve and we will answer directly, with a scoped proposal if you need one.
